Mr uche desire rawlings whose contract is under six (6) months probation has been in charge of vitians esports academy as head coach for the past four (4) months and has already summited a request for an improved contract offer to help him perform better as the head coach at the academy.

The board are currently working on resolving the situation and wants to keep him at the organization. They currently have a long term view of how they want the academy to function and they’re working to improve the standards of the organization daily.
