EA Sports FIFA is a soccer video game series developed and published by Electronic Arts (EA) that has grown to be one of the most popular sports video game series in the world.

The Franchise has announced Africa’s first licensed FIFA 23 championship happening live in Lagos Nigeria on the 13th of May, 2023.

The event will have professional gamers from Nigeria and different countries in the western part of Africa showcasing their skills in the FIFA 23 tournament.

32 players will compete in the tournament for a prize pool of $10,000 dollars and the winner will be crowned Africa’s EA Sports FIFA 23 Champion.

The managing director of Integral, the organizers of the tournament expressed excitement at being the first official licensee of EA Sports in Africa and promised to put together a spectacular event that participants and observers would truly enjoy.
