The Nigerian Pro League (NPL) season 6 Rain Split kicked off with the playoffs in June 2023, with about 24 teams.
The leaderboard for the playoffs was released in the first week with 1011 Gaming topping the list with 69 points in total, followed by Extremists and Free Esports with 55 and 54 points in total respectively. The last three teams on the board were Fugitive Esports with seven points, First Arctics with one point, and Team Extreme with zero points.
By the third day of the first week, the playoffs had Team Apex at the top of the board with a total of 136 points, followed by the team previously at the top; 1011 Gaming, with 113 points, and Cyclone Shield Esports with 59 points in total, and the last three teams were One nation Esports, Fugitive Esports, and First Arctics with 16,15 and four points in total, respectively.
Week one, day one of the second week saw Active Gaming at the top of the leaderboard, followed by Invisibles Esports and Free Esports with 49, 39, and 36 total points in total, while the last three on the list were Extremists, Habitual Gaming and Madsquad Esports.
The first day of the first week’s league play had Active Gaming at the top of the leaderboard with 49 points and Madsquad Esports at the bottom with a total of two points.
The leaderboard for the second day of the second week’s league play was released today with Invisible Esports topping the list with 52 points in total, Dream Team Esports is the next closest team behind with 38 total points and following closely behind is Vibe Gaming with 35 points in total. Extremists, Atrox and Madsquad Esports are at the bottom of the list with six, five and zero points respectively.
